You will need to provide a proof of purchase receipt and return the damaged item to us at your expense. 

We will cover shipment return costs of the replacement Trash Bag Popper.

The Trash Bag Popperâ„¢ is made with recycled plastic (Go Green!) and very durable, high impact Styrene.

The Trash Bag Popper is also "Recyclable". Should your Trash Bag Popper become damaged, do not throw it away and contaminate our Landfills. Please be responsible in your recycling efforts.

Damage can occur if the Trash Bag Popper is used for purposes other than its intended design. We also recommend avoiding extended or direct exposure to extreme temperatures (heat and freezing).

Again, should your Trash Bag Popper become damaged and non functional, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to recycle vs. improper disposal.

We recommend the garage where you can hang it flat on the wall, on a nail or hook.

Better yet, if you have multiple Trash Bag Poppers, you can set up and separate your cans, plastics and glass for recycling purposes. 

Hang it flat on the wall (on a nail/hook), this will prolong the patented helical spring action. If the Trash Bag Popper is "rolled and stored" for an extended duration, we advise reverse rolling one time when using for the first time.

Curl or fold in half from end to end and carry with the holes located at each end.

Or, roll the Trash Bag Popper to an 8" to 10" diameter is fine, then secure by using the provided reusable zip/cable tie (23").
